Group courses are refundable only in cases directly attributable to the School or the instructor. Due to the fixed-rate structure and nature of the lessons, refunds are not available except in exceptional circumstances, which will be evaluated by the Management. In such cases, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.

Group courses cannot be converted into private lessons.
